Through the project, we will strengthen Vivaret’s capabilities to design, model, and evaluate the concept so that it becomes clearly defined, repeatable, and scalable internationally. The work spans several areas: market research and go-to-market strategy, technical and architectural design, and the development of models and prototypes.
We will also develop a spatial digital experience that lets users explore architectural space and materials as a cohesive digital environment. In addition, we are building a prototype of an AI-enabled budgeting and cost-estimation tool, as well as the foundation for carbon footprint and lifecycle assessment.
The goal is to create models and ways of working that can later be applied more broadly.
The project does not fund construction, individual client projects, or their design or delivery. It also does not fund customer acquisition, sales, or the building of a distribution network.
The project is implemented with co-funding from the European Union as part of the EU’s regional and structural policy programme. EU support is a significant enabler of the project’s scope and the depth of the development work.
