Our STORY
Vivaret unites two complementary strengths: French guild-level craft and forward-looking Nordic architecture. Master woodworker Jonathan Carle, trained in the Compagnons Des Devoirs tradition, works hand-in-hand with acclaimed Finnish architect Kivi Sotamaa.
Our purpose is clear. We craft bespoke homes and wellness spaces that thoughtfully reconnect people with nature, combining refined luxury with a deep respect for the environment.
Quality and trust define our process. By keeping architecture, engineering, and carpentry under one roof, we eliminate the hand-off gaps that cost time and money, ensuring the vision you approve is the building you receive.
Our Core BELIEF
At Vivaret, quality isn’t a step, it’s the entire journey. We take on only a few commissions a year, pouring undivided focus into every beam and joint. We build responsibly, using slow-grown Finnish timber and precision-engineered CLT panels for strength with minimal environmental impact. Each component is sourced from sustainable forests and crafted to millimetre precision by the same artisans who will hand you the keys. Timelines, budgets, and standards are promises, not targets.
