The way we work
Vivaret unites design and craft under one roof. Our four pillars, Timber Homes, Craft Heritage, Interior Design, and Wellness Suites, turn vision into serene wooden sanctuaries.
Most projects hemorrhage money in the pauses and confusion between teams: an architect hands sketches to an engineer, the engineer hands blueprints to a builder, and each baton pass adds confusion, change orders, and wasted weeks. Vivaret conducts everything as a single, tightly scored symphony. Designers, engineers, and craftsmen sit at the same table, often the same workbench, refining every detail together in real time.
Vision & Strategy
Every Vivaret project begins with a deep-dive discovery session, analyzing your aspirations, site, and lifestyle to build an exacting brief. Our architects, engineers, and craftspeople gather around a single table to map opportunities, assess sustainability targets, and shape a realistic budget and timeline. Using mixed-reality tools such as Apple Vision Pro, we place an immersive, true-scale model of your future home on your land before a single tree is felled. This thorough groundwork eliminates surprises and locks creative intent to practical feasibility from day one.
Architectural Design & Visualization
With the brief established, our design team develops refined schemes that merge Nordic minimalism with warm, tactile detail. Iterative BIM and parametric modeling allow structure, services, and finishes to evolve in real time, so aesthetic decisions and engineering realities never drift apart. Room flows, daylight studies, and material palettes are honed until every line feels inevitable, balancing beauty, comfort, and low-carbon performance. You review photoreal renders, VR walk-throughs, and physical timber samples, choosing how you’ll live in each space while we safeguard costs and schedule.
Precision Craft & Engineering
Next, our in-house timber engineers translate the design into millimetre-accurate CLT panels and bespoke joinery. Guided by the centuries-old discipline of the Compagnons du Devoir, our carpenters pre-assemble critical details in the workshop, re-building the 3-D model physically several times to prove every joint and service route. This discipline means tolerances are solved before arriving on site, ensuring the structure will rise swiftly and flawlessly. Sustainable sourcing is paramount: slow-grown Finnish spruce, non-toxic adhesives, and regenerative forestry practices underpin the entire build.
Seamless Build & Handover
When foundations are ready, prefabricated components arrive like a well-rehearsed orchestra. Walls tilt up, roofs lock into place, and interior elements slide in with reassuring precision, weeks, not months, of on-site work. Throughout construction, one project manager keeps you informed while craftsmen hand-finish surfaces, install smart systems, and tune the final details. Handover is simply the moment you step inside, breathe the scent of fresh timber, and feel an effortless calm. Our team remains on call for seasonal check-ups, ensuring your sanctuary performs beautifully for decades, and stands as a quiet testament to design, craft, and sustainability working in perfect harmony.
